Late / Cancellation Policy

We offer services on an appointment only basis


Canceling / Rescheduling:

We understand that sometimes appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled and that is never a problem provided 24 hours notice has been given. Because your appointment is scheduled especially for you, please be considerate and let your technician know in advance if you are unable to make the time booked for you.

Clients that do not honor our cancellation policy will be charged 100% of the booked service price.

Arriving Late:

We do understand that sometimes arriving late for your appointment is unavoidable. A quick phone call would be appreciated to let us know that you are on your way. Arriving late to an appointment may not always allow us to complete the service you are booked for. we strive to accommodate every client but depending upon other bookings we may need to shorten or reschedule your service (a late fee may apply).
